Huntington Beach

Watch the waves rolling onto the broad beaches of Surf City USA. It's all here: beach volleyball, surfing, and sunsets straight out of your dreams. With clean wide sands, safe swimming, abundant parking and the waves that made Huntington Beach famous, Surf City's beaches rival the world's best. Huntington City Beach greets 11 million visitors each year who come to be near the famous Huntington Beach Pier. This beach offers the best of all worlds: spend your day on the sand and in the water, the afternoon in downtown Huntington Beach, and the evening around a fire ring. Huntington Dog Beach is one of the most visited beach attractions in Southern California by both humans and their canine companions. Huntington State Beach is a swimmer's paradise. Located on the southern end of Huntington Beach, the State Beach offers some of the easiest access for beach parking. Bolsa Chica State Beach is located on the northern end of Huntington Beach and is host to a number of surf schools due to its typically smaller waves. All of Surf City USA's beaches offer wide, sandy beach and amenities including parking, restrooms, cold-water showers, beach volleyball courts and fire rings. In fact, with over 500 fire rings, Huntington Beach could be called the bonfire ring capital of the world. Fire rings are free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Choose your spot early, especially during summer and holiday weekends, then surround your ring with gear to claim it. Don't forget to bring the hot dogs and s'mores!
